Hi, I'm Alana Bouley.

I founded Active Life Academy after 25 years of helping women move well and feel strong. I hold a Master's in Kinesiology and a Bachelor's in Human Performance (Exercise Physiology), and across my career I've worked as a strength and conditioning coach, a personal trainer, and a spinal rehabilitation therapist — with a long history of guiding women through post-surgery and joint-replacement recovery.

But just as much, I've lived this. I've been active my whole life, from playing soccer through college on — and still, when perimenopause came for my own body, it caught me off guard.
