Alana Bouley

My passion has always been helping people take control of their health so they can live strong, active lives. What drives me is helping people learn the skills they need to reach their health and fitness goals.

What frustrates me most about the fitness industry is the lack of true professionalism. Too many “experts” have only a weekend certification, selling cookie-cutter workouts that ignore the real science of how the body moves and heals. They are more focused on making money and their ego than truly helping people. I’ve seen firsthand how this leaves people injured, discouraged, or stuck spinning their wheels.

That’s why I’ve devoted the last 25 years to doing things differently. With a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology, I’ve worked in personal training, strength & conditioning, spinal rehabilitation, and post-surgical rehabilitation. I’ve also lived it as an athlete—playing soccer through college and now am a dedicated cyclist. This blend of science, experience, and passion has shaped how I design every program inside Active Life Academy.

At the heart of it, my goal is simple: to bridge the gap between where you are today and the goals you want to achieve—giving you a trusted path forward without the gimmicks, quick fixes, or confusion.
